The deadline-driven nature of these projects would suit someone who is organized, driven, and reliable.

For us, making these documentaries is more than just a job; we relish the opportunity to work on projects about films we love. Our ideal candidate will share these sentiments and bring a sense of joy and enthusiasm to everything they do.

  • US or UK time zone

Compensation

As an editor, you will typically receive $25,000 - $40,000 per project OTE, with each project taking approx. 6-9 months work (full-time). We have a pipeline of projects and a growing audience that will keep the right candidate busy for the long-term.

The exact reward varies by project (and can exceed this range) because we function like a cooperative: our team invests their time and skills in the project, and in return they get a share of the rewards. When our projects earn more, our team earns more. This profit-sharing means every team member is focused on making each project as successful as possible.

Application Process

Applications through the Google Form only please. After the application, a shortlist of applicants will be invited to participate in a short editing test involving material provided by us, after which candidates will be invited to interview.
